Segura García Consultores was founded on the premise that real problems of businesses and institutions don't fit into a single discipline. A municipality facing an audit simultaneously needs a lawyer, an accountant and a public management specialist. Separating those services means losing the thread — and the client pays for the lack of coordination.
That's why we integrate legal, tax, accounting, administrative and corporate areas under one firm. Our clients have a single point of contact for all their challenges.

Executive Director
Lic. Leobardo Segura López graduated with distinction and holds a specialty in public and administrative law. He founded Segura García Consultores in 2014 with the vision of creating a firm that understood the operational reality of public institutions from the inside — not from the outside looking in.
His experience includes direct advisory to the state governments of Chiapas, Sonora and Coahuila in government transition processes. He has also led tax audits, labor litigation and corporate restructuring for national and regional businesses.
On the corporate side, he leads strategic planning, preventive audits and business structuring for companies seeking to grow safely and sustainably.
